Utah-based Larry H. Miller Company has acquired a majority stake in Swig, home of the Original Dirty Soda, from Savory Fund, the private equity firm focused on emerging food and beverage concepts.

The Larry H. Miller Company announced today that they purchased a majority stake in Utah-based soda shop Swig, meaning the popular drinks will be in some movie theatres in 2023.
