MANILA -Philippine National Police (PNP) director for operations, Maj. Gen. Valeriano de Leon on Friday said they are now readying security forces for the proclamation of presumptive President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. and presumptive Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio.
