MARION — Plans for a new Uptown Marion development, which would replace Marion Square Plaza, will be made available to the public at Tuesday’s Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The commission, which meets at 6 p.m., will consider recommending approval of the Broad and Main project to the Marion City Council.
