Lafourche and Terrebonne residents asked to conserve electricity use tonight The Courier and Daily Comet Residents of Terrebonne and Lafourche are being asked to conserve electric power this evening from 6 to 11 p.m. to prevent possible rolling blackouts.  The Terrebonne Parish Utilities Departmment has been instructed to notify and ask customers to conserve electric power Wednesday evening.
