Reply Genia Taub NEW YORK CITY (May 12, 2021) -- UJA-Federation of New York Long Island held its virtual Spring Event on May 12, 2021, honoring Andrea Newburger of Upper Brookville and Genia Taub of Woodbury for their philanthropic accomplishments. Andrea Newburger received the Miriam Award. Ms. Newburger and her late husband Barry have supported UJA for 30 years. When Barry was diagnosed with progressive supranuclear palsy, she turned to UJA for help and guidance.
