SPRINGDALE, Ohio (FOX19) - An 18-year-old has been charged in a crash involving a Springdale police cruiser that sent the officer and another to hospitals early Thursday, according to Springdale police.
Crescentville Road is open again between Ohio 747 and Chesterdale Road. It was shut down for several hours while the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated at the scene.
The crash was reported just before 3 a.m. as Springdale Officer Sarah Luken was investigating a previous crash on East Crescentville Road near Tivoli Lane, police said in a news release.
