1 hospitalized, 1 cited in Thumb-area crash Updated Jan 18, 2021; FREMONT TWP., MI Police have cited a Grand Blanc woman for a traffic crash over the weekend in Sanilac County that left one person in the hospital. Sanilac Central Dispatch received a call shortly before noon Sunday, Jan.17, regarding a personal injury traffic crash at the intersection of East Galbraith Line and Todd roads in Fremont Township, approximately 10 miles southwest of Lexington. Deputies along with Croswell EMS and the Croswell Fire Department were dispatched to the scene. An initial investigation by the Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office office has determined that a 23-year-old Grand Blanc woman was headed south on Todd Road, north of East Galbraith Line Road, in a 2011 Ford Edge with one passenger inside the vehicle, a 24-year-old Grand Blanc man.
