Came to isles of palms today to be here to witness the totality of this solar eclipse. people in northwest oregon were the first to witness the magic of this day at 10:15 pacific time when that eclipse began for the next 94 minutes, that 70 mile wide path of totality swept across the united states and ended right here in south carolina. adding to the drama of the day, on the south carolina beaches, the weather, it was the most anticipated forecast anybody around here could remember. the forecast wasn't looking good, but in the last five to ten minutes leading up to 2:46 p.m. eastern the clouds...
