The Daily Telegram LANSING — While bars have struggled financially with pandemic restrictions for almost a year now, few establishments in Lenawee County think a proposed bill in the Michigan House of Representatives to allow on-premise alcohol sales until 4 a.m. once pandemic curfews are lifted will benefit them. The bill, House Bill 4115, introduced on Feb. 3 by State Rep.
