In Bengaluru, the Hasiru Dala has taken forward the concept and is also reaching out to people and spreading awareness on the initiative. They have also started receiving calls from people for coming forward to give the clay sludge.
The Punaravartan campaign is aiming for higher clay collection this year. Suchismita Pai, one of the members of the campaign, said, "Last year, we collected 23,000kgs of clay. This year, we are hoping to collect more.”
