「好」「穩」推城市更新「快批、快拆、快建」
　「百大項目慶百年」大會戰中城市更新領域共100個重點項目，包括2020年以來廣州開發區城市更新局牽頭參與全區奮戰500天「百大項目慶百年」大會戰的50個「老」項目以及6月29日當天集中動工的50個「新」項目。參加本次集中動工的50個更新項目，含村民安置房項目22個，教育項目5個，公配項目5個，老舊小區微改造項目11個，總用地面積158公頃，建築面積307萬平方米，總投資421億元，民生項目佔比高達86%。
　在當天的活動現場，參與城市更新項目發展商代表簽署承諾書：承諾實行「精準拆遷」，按時完成項目拆遷「清零」攻堅任務；承諾按要求完成復建� ....
