〔記者林曉雲／台北報導〕武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）國內疫情趨緩，全國降為2級警戒，全國幼兒園今起復課，中華民國幼教聯合總會總會長洪懿聲表示，為了能順利復課，大家都很努力，目前到園人數全國各地狀況不同，北區約3至5成、中南部約6成左右，絕大多數幼兒園在門口張貼教職員施打疫苗比率，讓家長們安心。
洪懿聲表示，教育部「幼兒園（教保服務機構）因應COVID-19防疫管理指引」，昨天下午5時收到確定版，時間有點趕，在相關教室的座位區及午睡的安全距離的區隔有些變動，不過今天復課時，包括標示、環境清消等防疫各措施已完成。

依指引，教職員工80%已接種第一劑疫苗始得提供服務，第一劑接種未滿14日及少部分未施打者，首次服務前，提供3日內之居家抗原快篩或PCR檢驗陰性證明，之後每3至7天快篩1次，除應變處置外，以7天為原則，幼童專用車通風、採固定座位及梅花座，且暫停全園性團體活動及社區活動。
教職員工每日量體溫至少2次；若有發燒者，在未使用退燒藥下，退燒超過24小時，且症狀緩解、檢驗陰性，始可上班；幼兒每日也要量體溫至少2次，每週詢問幼兒及同住成員之TOCC（旅遊史/職業史/接觸史/群聚史），幼兒及同住成員有疑似症狀、近14日曾接觸或疑似接觸確診者，應主動通報。
幼兒園亦須規劃2人以上、暫時安置疑似病例的獨立隔離空間，與其他幼兒距離2公尺以上；醒目位置須張貼防疫標語或海報，地板亦張貼標示，確保幼兒維持社交距離；遊戲、活動、用餐、午睡，保持適當距離，2班以上之幼兒園避免共用寢室，各班應有獨立空間；且須調整課程模式，降低師生肢體接觸之可能。
洪懿聲表示，復課是恢復幼兒園機構的正常運作，提供家長托育照顧及安心工作的教育服務，依指引妥善規劃幼兒課程和活動，兼顧防疫和幼教。
