KATHMANDU, Jan 18: The Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) under Tribhuvan University has made necessary preparations to provide all services related to distribution of educational certificates online from January 29, said Examination Controller Pushpa Raj Joshi.

No fewer that 20 civil servants going to Abuja from Maiduguri, Borno State for a verification exercise were involved in an accident in Gombe on Tuesday. The details were still sketchy at the time of filing this report but SaharaReporters learnt that at least one person was killed in the accident.  The Nigerian Government had directed all civil servants and workers of the country’s core ministries whose details were yet to be captured by the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS) to partake in an ongoing registration exercise.
