During his tour he inspected ZEO Office Basholi, Bani, HSS Bani, HS Dhoulha, HS Dhagger, GPS Gowali, HS Panyalag and GHS Bani. He was accompanied by officials of the concerned Zonal Education offices.
While interacting with Principals, Headmasters and heads of the institutions and inspecting the working of educational institutes, he reviewed the status of online classes, scholarships, augmentation of infrastructural facilities and provision of Mid Day Meals to the students including distribution of dry ration as per directions already conveyed through the Directorate.
He directed the concerned officials to start community classes for the convenience of the students so that their academic loss due to the current pandemic situation is covered and their studies do not suffer. New Delhi [India], February 5 (ANI): The Ministry of Education has decided to name the residential schools and hostels funded under the Samagra Shiksha Scheme as Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose residential schools , said the Education Ministry sources on Friday.
A total of 1,063 residential facilities (383 residential schools and 680 hostels) have been sanctioned to States and UTs so far. It has been decided to rename the residential schools and hostels funded under the Samagra Shiksha Scheme as Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose residential schools, sources said. ....
