Blue-collar workers in Montréal-Nord denounce handling of systemic racism grievances
After two reports earlier this year found racial discrimination in the workplace, blue-collar workers in Montréal-Nord say their union and the borough have started negotiating a settlement of their grievances without consulting them first.
