Ghaziabad: An illegal call centre was busted in Indirapuram on Tuesday and six people were arrested for allegedly duping Japanese nationals on the pretext of providing them with online technical support. The masterminds are on the run. Ghaziabad SSP Amit Pathak said the raid was carried out by a cyber cell team. Those arrested are Ashish Suri and Vikram Chand, residents of Delhi, Avnish Gupta, who is from Meerut, Edwin George, a resident of Noida, Umesh Negi, who is from Ghaziabad, and Adarsh, originally from Bihar.
