TESDA teams help rebuild damaged houses in southern Negros
REBUILDING. Teams deployed by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority from its regional offices in Western Visayas (Region 6) and Cagayan Valley (Region 2) are now in Sipalay City, Negros Occidental to help rebuild the houses damaged by Typhoon Odette.
