An Bord Pleanála has dismissed an appeal against Wicklow County Council’s decision to reject plans for a 24m tall lattice telecommunications structure on River Lane in Arklow.
Plans were approved despite local protests lodged against the planning permission.
After initially being rejected by Wicklow County Council in 2021, plans for an 18m tall telecoms tower in Carnew have been approved by An Bord Pleanála.
Customers are expected to get a refund of €88
