Punch Newspapers Sections Olufemi Olaniyi, Ibadan The Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes has warned against changing the order of ascension to the throne of Olubadan. The President-General of CCII, Yemi Soladoye, hinted that there were some landmines already planted in the Olubadan Chieftaincy Law which might change the established order of emergence of new Olubadan. Soladoye spoke on Thursday at Ibadan House during the fifth coronation anniversary of the Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Saliu Adetunji. The CCII leader said the process of emergence of a new Olubadan had always been known and those in queue knew who would be the next. He said changing such method could cause crisis.
