Someone called 911 saying there was a shooting at the high school on Tuesday, according to the City of Cincinnati.

Shortly before 10 a.m., Cincinnati Emergency Communications Center tweeted that they received a call saying there was a shooting at Elder High School.

The city of Cincinnati officially honored the school on what's known as "Purple Friday" at an event in Washington Park Friday afternoon.

Paul Neyer, who was raped three decades ago by Geoff Drew, released new records from the case Wednesday hoping it would reveal more details to the public and encourage other victims to come forward.
