Festival of Israeli-Ethiopian culture keeps the beat, even online
Jessica Steinberg covers the Sabra scene from south to north and back to the center. Vocalist Tamar Rada feels more Israeli than Ethiopian, but the language, beats, and rhythms of her native land are what move the singer-songwriter.
