May 18, 2021 A medical examiner says a woman died last week after suffering an abdominal injury from falling off an electric scooter. Kent County Medical Examiner Dr. Stephen Cohle says 33-year-old Elle Yared's death was accidental. Cohle says she fell off the scooter at least twice which caused internal bleeding.
