Man who disguises in UDP T-shirt to cause trouble says he was used by local authority
The incident occurred in Jarra Soma recently. According to our sources, Mr. Mbaye admitted being used by a local authority (name withheld) to do the ungodly act. Mbaye was on December 4th presidential election the polling agent for NPP at the Toniataba Polling Station one.
