Dismantling of Italian nuclear fuel plant completed : Waste & Recycling
The dismantling of the former Fabbricazioni Nucleari di Bosco Marengo nuclear fuel fabrication plant has been successfully completed, Societa Gestione Impianti Nucleari SpA, the Italian state-owned company responsible for dismantling the country's nuclear power plants, has announced. It is the first decommissioned Italian nuclear facility to reach the so-called 'brown field' status.
