New health choice for Sandwich Mark Snyder Community Health Center of Cape Cod is expanding into Sandwich. They will be located in the former Emerald Physicians building off Rt. 6A (last used by Cape Cod Health Care's physician's group). The center's CEO, Karen L. Gardner, announced a January 2021 opening.
