Angeles, really most of california, you are only allowed to stack containers two high. in long beach, they have now changed the zoning last week to four high, after my tweet storm about this problem. it hasn't happened yet in los angeles. there's not that many truck yards in long beach alone. a lot of them are in los angeles, compton, and other communities. that's a near term thing the government can do. there's also a new emergency fee on containers that are left at the port for longer -- you get four or five days for free at the port, and after that, if you don't pick up your container, ther...
