The Indonesian Government, through the Financial Services Authority ("OJK"), issued Regulation No. 14 of 2023 on Carbon Trading through Carbon Exchange ("New Reg") to reduce the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) effect by way of carbon pricing trading.
