Mathura Station director SK Srivastava said all the passengers had already deboarded the train and the cause for the incident is yet to be ascertained.
A high-level inquiry would be conducted into the incident where a train rolled out of tracks to climb the platform at the Mathura Junction Railway Station in Uttar Pradesh.
On Tuesday night, an electric multiple unit (EMU) train coming from Shakur Basti derailed and climbed the platform at Mathura Junction. However, no casualties have been reported in the incident.
