DPWH fasttracks construction of flood control project on Cagayan River
(DENR / MANILA BULLETIN) Wilzon Valdez, DPWH Region 2 (Cagayan) information officer, said that the flood control project which is 50 percent complete is 240-linear meters long and has a 450-millimeter thick rubble concrete, steel sheet piles, and spur dikes.
