The Nigerian Union of Journalist Sokoto State Council has commended Contractors handling the construction of Sokoto State University Teaching Hospital (SOSUTH), in the Kasarawa area of the metropolis for maintaining a quality standard.
The Chairman of the council, Comrade Isa Abubakar Shuni, stated this while addressing newsmen shortly after leading members of the council to the site of the construction, on Wednesday.
He admonished the contractor, Cedar Construction Company and its architectural counterpart, Dotlime architect, not to compromise quality on the project for the benefit of the residents.
Shuni further called on the state government not to renege on its agreement by continuing to make funds available not only for the teaching hospital project but also other ongoing projects across the state. ....
