AICTE withdraws Approval Process Handbook 2021-22 for eligibility to Engineering Admission for a short while. The Council has informed to place the handbook again on the official website in a day or two.

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) issued a revised guideline and took a U-Turn after stating that Class 12 students no longer need to opt for physics and mathematics for Pursuing Engineering. They issued an Official statement by withdrawing the Approval Process Handbook 2021-22. It said, "It is to inform all concerned that Approval process Handbook 2021-22 has been withdrawn for a short while and will be placed again on AICTE site in a day or two".
