Minister hopes for fresh Enniscorthy Flood Relief application within two years – 'I can't change European law'
There’s been a lot of water under the bridge since plans were first mooted for the Enniscorthy Flood Relief. Sadly on numerous occasions the waters of the River Slaney have breached the banks and caused untold damage for home and business owners.
