The line of severe risk, which will be updated by Environment Canada this morning, is expected to be east of the GTA “from Northumberland County to Pembroke and then east to the St. Lawrence River Valley … up towards Ottawa, Gatineau and Cornwall, that’ll be the main area of concern for today.”
