Plan, you have a week to figure this and do so if you want to have coverage january 1st. i can t national what happens the first week of january and you have all these people maybe needing treatment, they go to the doctor s office and they dent know whether they re covered or not and neither does the doctor. it s a total disaster. when president obama encouraged people to fill out paper applications when the web site was all but inon inoperable, people believed that had to fill out an application and this was a around-about way to work through the web site. the truth is, as we know from internal documents, that even internally they knew this was just to make people feel better, because to out the subsidies, the people who were entering the application information from paper application had to too everything else through the web site just like everybody else. so, they had to wait until they could use the web site as well. so, now the web site is getting a little bit better but still ....
