After that 1,000-point epic decline on monday, everybody had a right to be unnerved. but we look ahead and realize the second half of this week investors focus on the positive economic news coming out of the u.s. economy. that news is going to be in focus as we look ahead to the federal reserve meeting, to the jobs report on friday. so i say that volatility is going to be with us for some time. investors should use this relief rally to make changes in their portfolio if they're concerned about volatility. but they should buckle up and get ready for a roller coaster in the month of september. >...
