Special use permit request for office space approved by Brush City Council
At Monday night’s meeting, the Brush City Council heard a presentation from Community Development Director, Tyler Purvis, about a special use permit for an indoor/outdoor professional office space at a facility located at 718 Industrial Park Rd. The request comes from Epic Design & Consulting LLC on behalf of the property owner of the aforementioned address. After thorough dialogue, the city council unanimously approved the request.
