A Watkinsville woman was arrested Monday in connection with a wrong-way crash that killed a 13-year-old girl early this year on the Athens Perimeter. Molly Anne Tully, 26, was charged by the Georgia State Patrol with first-degree vehicular homicide, DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm or knife during a felony. Tully was driving the wrong way on the bypass when she caused the Jan. 30 crash, according to the patrol. Hilsman Middle School student Kayla Smith, 13, was killed.
