In the snow-blanketed mountains of Northwest Arkansas, the cozy confines of Barnhill Arena beckon the No. 13 University of Arkansas gymnastics team today as the West Virginia Mountaineers come calling for a 7 p.m. dual meet.
The Arkansas/West Virginia gymnastics meet scheduled for Feb. 4, 2022 has been cancelled due to inclement weather. The Gymbacks will now welcome SEMO to Fayetteville for a meet on Sunday, Feb. 6 at 1:45 p.m. at Barnhill Arena.
Across the board, our teams are performing well, with winter sports getting nearer to the championship segments of their programs and spring sports preparing to start.
The No. 13 Gymbacks make their return to Barnhill Arena this weekend and will host No. 31 West Virginia on Friday, Feb. 4 at 6:45 p.m. The meet will serve as Equality Night, an evening celebrating fans of all races, abilities, genders, and sexual orientations, as well as an expression of commitment to the equal treatment and inclusion of all.
The No. 13 Gymbacks return to competition after two weeks and will pay the No. 4 Florida Gators a visit for their second SEC dual of the season on Friday.
