The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a plea challenging notifications enabling exchange of Rs 2,000 currency notes without any requisition slip and ID proof.
The high court pointed out that the government's decision cannot be said to be perverse or arbitrary.
SBI said that the tenderer will not be required to submit any identity proof at the time of exchange of up to Rs 20,000 at a time.
