Jurors have been told that Chauvin received extensive training in how to recognize someone in crisis and calm them down. Jury selection continued Tuesday in the trial of former Minneapolis police officer, Derek Chauvin. Out of seven jurors questioned, none were seated. Five more are needed before the trial can begin.

Jury selection enters its second week in the trial of Derek Chauvin. Chauvin's attorney says he is concerned that the city's $27M settlement with George Floyd's family could possibly taint the juror pool. The judge says they will question the 7 jurors prevously seated.
