Trial Of P&ID Commercial Director, Kuchazi Stalled In Nigerian Court Over Lawyer’s Illness The trial of Mr Muhammed Kuchazi, a Commercial Director of the Process and Industrial Development (P&ID) Ltd, was stalled at a Federal High Court, Abuja on Wednesday because his lawyer, Mr Eric Ifere, was indisposed. Mr Bala Sanga, counsel for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), informed Justice Zainab Abubakar at the resumed hearing that the defence lawyer was “ill”.
