Carlisle Crown Court A THUG punched two men after road rage violence flared in a narrow Wigton alleyway. Thomas Robert Miller, 26, drove his car down the small lane and refused to budge when faced with an oncoming vehicle on February 24 last year. As a stand-off ensued, passenger Kevin Steele left the other vehicle seeking to ask Miller to move. Miller appeared “in a trance” as if affected by alcohol.
