M.M. Cloutier Special to the Daily News Almond, the Royal Poinciana Way bistro that debuted last season, plans to pig out on Christmas Eve. The culinary team at the restaurant is gearing up to roast a suckling pig in Almond’s kitchen on Thursday, when roast pork will be the holiday dinner special for $49 a person. Almond’s regular a la carte menu also will be served on Christmas Eve.
