Tyrese Gibson has filed a lawsuit against Home Depot, alleging racial profiling by a cashier and manger in a store in February.

Tyrese Gibson accused The Home Depot of discriminatory mistreatment in a lawsuit filed this week which includes two other plaintiffs named Eric Mora and Manuel Hernandez.
