Montclair voters will decide Nov. 8 whether to approve a $188 million bond to improve the township's antiquated schools.
Based on preliminary estimates, the average annual tax impact over the 24-year course of repayments is expected to be $732, beginning with an expected $323 average impact in 2023.

But district officials say programming will not be affected by staff cuts.
