REARDAN, Wash - A teenager is being held on charges of manslaughter and unlawful possession of a firearm for the death of a 15-year old in Reardan Wednesday afternoon.
Superintendent Eric Sobotta announced the decision in an e-mail to parents earlier this morning.
"Eventually, it's a matter of time before something gives," said Jerrad Jeske, the first-year superintendent in the Liberty School District south of Spokane, Wash.<br/>
