Assistant District Attorney Michelle Thurstlic-O’Neill argued at the hearing last week that Rohrman was seeking to turn back the clock to a time before she was convicted in Bucks County for stealing tens of thousands of dollars from her father, a crime which would be taken into account for any new sentencing in the manslaughter case.
