On Friday, 63 year old Mark Lance Blackwood was booked into the Scott County Jail on charges of homicide by vehicle-reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident result in death. Police identify pedestrian who died after being struck by car, dragged at least 300 feet Associated Press, Des Moines Register DAVENPORT, Ia. — Police in Davenport are seeking a suspect in the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian just north of Genesis Medical Center.
