A Pennsylvania judge on Tuesday approved a $10 million settlement of a lawsuit against a husband who shot and killed his wife with the pistol he claimed he had bought her for her birthday.
The order by Erie County Judge Stephanic Domitrovich means John Grazioli, the wealthy owner of an asset management company, must pay that money to the estate of his late wife Amanda.
John Grazioli is serving a life prison sentence for killing his 31-year-old wife at their home in Mill Creek Township on March 8, 2018.
