Phyllis M. Jensen 86, of Willmar, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Carris Health Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar. Her funeral service will be 11:00 am on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Green Lake Free Lutheran Church in rural Spicer. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday from 5-8:00 pm at Harvey Anderson and Johnson Funeral Home in Willmar and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.
